The outdoor terrace overlooks beautiful old trees, creating a serene atmosphere to unwind. The restaurant serves excellent seasonal dishes, like the famous goose in November.

The room had an unpleasant cigarette smell and several lamps were out of order. The parking charge exceeded what was initially quoted, and the empty fridge offered no courtesy water, making it inconvenient during the night.

The hotel staff was very attentive and friendly. The location is also good, with nice people at the lobby and a charming old-fashioned flair.

Facilities felt notably outdated with complaints about room maintenance and high parking fees being a significant concern.

The buffet breakfast exceeded my expectations, featuring a diverse selection of pastries and fresh fruits. I particularly enjoyed the warm environment of the hotel and the serene outdoor terrace overlooking beautiful old trees. My Privilege Room had ample wardrobe space and included an electric kettle, which was a nice touch for late-night tea. some areas need attention. The furniture appeared dated, and I noticed a few lamps in my room were not functioning. Parking fees also felt a bit steep compared to what’s usually available. Despite these minor inconveniences, the hotel’s appealing location and welcoming atmosphere made my stay enjoyable.

We appreciated the warm and welcoming staff, who made us feel at home during our stay. The breakfast offerings were delicious and catered well to our family's needs, featuring a variety of options that everyone enjoyed. The peaceful environment and spacious accommodations allowed our family to relax and unwind comfortably.

The check-in process could be improved as it took us about 20 minutes to sort out our room arrangements.

great access to parks and local attractions for strolls

I had a wonderful stay, as it was just a short walk to Krefeld Zoo, less than 1 km away, perfect for a morning stroll, and the nearby Burg Linn, only about 3 km, offered fantastic views and history to explore. it was also nice to find a local restaurant just a few steps away that had delicious meals!

This place suits me perfectly, providing great wi-fi, 24-hour reception, and a lovely restaurant. On my first stay, the staff helped me with the best local taxi tip, making it memorable. I'm returning for a holiday soon!
